FInally! Finished book 3 in my Return of the Originals series.

After complaining left and right about the not finished state of my third book, I finished today the first draft! 5ooo words without stopping and I'm contemplating starting on the edits. Maybe not. A bit dizzy and a lot hungry.

Enjoyed the story line of your new book - the one you self published. Next time, please have someone edit/proofread your manuscript. Reading wrong words and incomplete thoughts and sentences is very difficult.

I totally agree with you. A good editor is essential! I proofread myself this story and it may have been a mistake. I probably missed some errors. No, for sure I missed some. My beta reader was a no- show and unfortunately I was lacking the founds to hire a professional. But those sound like excuses, I know, I'm glad you liked the story line! It means a lot to me! I absolutely love the premise of all of your stories. However, you need someone well versed in the English language to either translate your stories or to proofread them. I can honestly say that I wouldn't mind helping, but I don't want you to think that is the only reason I am writing. I truly do admire the story lines, I just find it very difficult to decipher the story behind the words. If that makes sense.

I agree with the need of a good proofreading! That's why I'm usually submitting to a publisher that provides these services. I'm working with Siren for most of my books and trying my hand with some other publishers next year. I self published one book that I self edited and for sure I left mistakes. I'm glad you liked the story line! I didn't have to founds to take Good for Me to a professional editor but I'm always looking for betas! If you are a professional editor, leave an offer and I'll consider it.
